Week 10: Summer Reading Challenge
Gibbon Nation. Concrete work will continue over the weekend on the East Parking Lot. Beginning Saturday evening & until further notice, the district will close the entrance into the East Parking Lot to protect workers & visitors. Please monitor the website for more information.
ATHLETIC & ACTIVITY REGISTRATION - Thursday 8/8/24 @ 7pm in the commons. This is a chance to hear about and sign the documents required to participate in HS & JH activities. Notaries will be present and there will also be an opportunity to purchase activity/family passes.

The Gibbon FBLA Chapter Officer retreat was on July 23, 2024. They met at the UNK Health and Fitness Center for a team bonding experience, ROCK CLIMBING! After this experience the officers headed to the City of Gibbon Community Center to plan their 2024-25 Program of Work.

Incoming KINDERGARTEN parents: Please note that State Law states that we need to have an endorsed Birth Certificate (not a hospital certificate) and Immunization records before a child will be allowed to attend school. Students will not begin kindergarten until we have these two items. https://nevitalrecords-dhhs.ne.gov/ Allow 3-4 weeks to get the birth certificate. Thank you!
Reminders from Nurse Karmynn!!
As the first day of school is quickly approaching, please remember we need Kindergarten and 7th grade physicals and updated immunizations for your child to attend school. Also we need a new and updated seizure, allergy and /or asthma plan for each new school year if your child has seizures, allergies or asthma. Most doctor's office have these forms but if in need of one you can stop by the office and pick one up. It would be great to have these completed and be able to turn in at the Buffalo Stampede!
