Gibbon, NE – The community of Gibbon came alive this Halloween for the annual “Scare the Square” event, bringing together families, friends, and neighbors for an evening of spooky fun and community spirit. Children and adults alike filled the square with creative costumes, laughter, and Halloween cheer.
The success of this year’s celebration was made possible through the outstanding efforts and generosity of many community members and organizations. Gibbon FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), the Gibbon Volunteer Fire Department, and the family of Dave Johnson played key roles in organizing and supporting the festivities.
A special thank you is also extended to the many local businesses whose sponsorships and donations helped make the event a safe and memorable experience for all. Their commitment to community involvement continues to make Gibbon a great place to live, learn, and celebrate together.
“Scare the Square” has become a cherished Gibbon tradition, offering families a safe and fun way to enjoy Halloween while strengthening community connections.
