Gibbon Public Schools

On July 2, this year’s student coordinators—Ruben Reyes, Maritza Mozqueda, and Haidyn McKinley—along with volunteers Abbie Miller and Piper Gonzales, worked together to help run another successful American Red Cross Blood Drive. The hard work and teamwork of these dedicated student blood coordinators made the event fun smoothly but also surpassed its goal set by the Red Cross with 32 blood donations. The blood drive was held at the Gibbon Faith United Methodist Church, where students and community members showed up throughout the day to donate and help make this blood drive a successful one.  The next Gibbon FBLA/American Red Cross Blood Drive will be Friday, August 29 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Gibbon Faith United Methodist Church.
