Gibbon Nation. We find the Two Rivers Public Health Department's Risk Dial remains in the elevated phase and the number of positive COVID-19 cases are on the rise. The school district will continue current precautionary measures requiring masks at all times, using hand sanitizers, and practicing social distancing whenever possible.
